I wonder how broken a Phyrexian mana-costed Preordain would be…

((Would be totally rad in Delver decks. XD))about as broken as a phyrexian mana counter spell on difference is one gives knowledge and card advantage.
I don’t use the word “broken” lightly (I still wouldn’t call Jace TMS broken, just very very good to the extent that the format is warped around him) but that would definitely qualify. I mean, it would technically be better than brainstorm since brainstorm costs mana and requires a blue source.
